We’re still open!
Despite the national lockdown it’s business as usual for us, our website is still available for all your craft, sewing or haberdashery needs!
If you’re local to the area “Click & Collect” is still available and is currently being prioritised. However, please make sure you wait until you receive an email from us letting you know your order is ready for collection before you pop by to collect your order.
We’re shipping as normal but due to the holidays (happy new year!), an increase in order volume and as some of our staff isolate and are furloughed we’re currently approximately 7 days behind shipping out web orders. Our customer service team is still available so don’t hesitate to reach out with any queries.
There are also delays with Royal Mail and other postal carriers as they experience increased volumes and their own staff shortages… so please bear this in mind and thank you for your patience.
Despite everything, we’re extremely grateful we’re in a position where our business can continue to operate and we can keep serving you with everything you need to create your best makes! We’re thankful for your patience and promise we’re doing all we can to get your orders with you as soon as possible!
