We miss you. So we're opening our warehouse!

We’re delighted to announce that as of 20th July we are reopening our doors to the public! We are welcoming visitors to our warehouse on an appointment basis which you can book now by clicking below!

Booking an appointment will require a deposit of £10 which will be exchanged for credit for you to spend in store. Should you need to cancel, you can do so up to 24 hours before your appointment and we will refund your deposit; any cancellations later than this will be non-refundable.


To make sure that your visit runs as smoothly as possible, there are a few things to note before arriving: 


  • We are only accepting card payments in our warehouse so please make sure you come prepared. We will be unable to accept any payments in cash. 


  • We require you, or anyone who is looking to make a purchase on your visit, to have registered with an account with us. This is so that we have your details ready to go to speed up the order and payment process. If you have already purchased from us in the past you likely already have an account, but please make sure your street address and personal details are up to date. If you don’t have an account, please click here to register and make sure to add your name, email and street address. This is completely free, and it also means you benefit from our reward scheme - you can find more information on this here. If you need any help with this process or have any concerns please get in contact, we’d be happy to help.


  • Please remember you are visiting our warehouse, so most of our products aren’t visibly priced. While our team will do the best we can to assist you, we would recommend taking a look at our website before you arrive to familiarise yourself with the products you are interested in. If you have a smartphone handy during your visit you can also have our website open to check prices on the go.  If there are products that you know you would like to buy, you can always place an order for those before your appointment for you to collect when you arrive. 


  • To keep safety as a priority, considering both COVID and general health and safety, we are keeping a limit on the number of people in our warehouse at any one point, with a maximum of two people per appointment. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment on time as we may not be able to accommodate you staying past the end of your time slot. Should you feel like our appointment slots are too short please get in touch so that we can arrange an extended booking.



There is free parking both in our car park and unrestricted parking on the road outside. Our warehouse and our toilets have step-free access and you are welcome to make use of our facilities. Please note not all areas of the warehouse are accessible by wheelchair, but please feel free to ask a member of our team for assistance. We're happy to help!
